DEVELOPMENT
The Development
Office of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Province develops
and implements projects and activities to supplement the revenue
received by the Province. Funds raised assist in providing for
the needs of the province’s ministries, care of the retired, elderly
and infirmed sisters, education of the sisters, building maintenance
and renovations, and various other needs of the sisters.
Benefactors share in the prayers, mission and ministries of the
sisters through their generous
contributions.

Julie A. Murtha, Banking Officer and Investment Associate of M
& T Bank recently presented the Felician Sisters of St. Francis,

the M & T Charitable Foundation, the philanthropic arm of
M & T Bank. The grant was awarded to the Sisters for the purchase
of a whirlpool tub for the Felician Sisters Health and Wellness

while stimulating circulation. The Sisters in Health & Wellness
Center as well as the Sisters recuperating from injuries and/or
surgery will benefit from the therapeutic effects of the whirlpool.
The Sisters are grateful for the generosity of the M & T Charitable
